THE ADULT CHAIR® MASTER COACHING CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: February 11, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your enrollment in The Adult Chair® Master Coaching Certification Program (the “Program”) offered by The Michelle Chalfant Company, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Participant” or “you”) agree to be bound by these terms.
This Program is designed to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and care for both clients and the coaching community.
ENROLLMENT & PREREQUISITES
1.1 Eligibility
This Program is exclusively available to individuals who have completed The Adult Chair® Coaching Certification Program. The Company maintains records of all certified coaches and will verify your completion prior to enrollment.
1.2 Enrollment Period
Enrollment opens February 11, 2026 and closes February 27, 2026. The Program is limited to approximately ten (10) participants.
1.3 Program Duration
The Program runs from March 2026 through November 2026.
2. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Program Investment
The total investment for the Program is $25,000 USD.
2.2 Early Bird Discount
A $2,000 early bird discount is available for enrollments completed by February 17, 2026, reducing the total investment to $23,000 USD.
2.3 Payment Options
Payment in full: $25,000 USD (or $23,000 USD with early bird discount)
Six (6) monthly payments: $4,200 USD each ($25,200 USD total)
Third-party financing: Available through 7 Figures Funding (www.7figuresfunding.com)
2.4 Payment Schedule
If using the payment plan, the first payment is due upon enrollment. Subsequent payments will be charged automatically on the same date each month for five (5) additional months. Participants are responsible for ensuring payment methods remain current and valid.
3. PROGRAM COMPONENTS & REQUIREMENTS
3.1 In-Person Experiences
March 26–29, 2026 – Charlotte, North Carolina (MANDATORY)
November 2026 – Florida (recommended but not required for graduation)
Food and lodging are included for both in-person experiences. Travel to and from event locations is the Participant’s responsibility.
3.2 Virtual Components
Monthly 60-minute Coaching Mastery calls with Michelle Chalfant
Private 1:1 Soul Aligned Blueprint session with Monica Lorraine
Monthly Business Intensives with Monica Lorraine
Monthly Business Implementation calls with Sonia Flores
Guest Expert Immersions throughout the Program
Monthly live coaching video review with a TAC Master Coach
Monthly Mentor Training with Rakes Khullar
Complimentary Monday Mentoring calls
3.3 Optional Component
Participants may attend the 2026 Adult Chair® Coaching Certification Program in-person intensive (April 30–May 3, 2026 in Nyack, NY). Lodging, travel, and meals for this optional component are the Participant’s responsibility.
3.4 Time Commitment
Participants should expect to dedicate approximately three (3) to five (5) hours per week to program activities, including calls, video reviews, practicum hours, and mentoring responsibilities.
3.5 Technology Requirements
Participants must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection capable of accessing Zoom for live sessions and the coaching platform for program materials.
4. PRACTICUM HOURS REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Total Hours Required
Participants must complete sixty (60) evaluated coaching practicum hours to graduate from the Program.
4.2 Hour Distribution
First thirty (30) hours may be completed with current Adult Chair® certified coaches
Final thirty (30) hours must be completed with clients outside the Program
4.3 Restrictions
Practicum hours completed with family members will not be accepted toward the sixty (60) hour requirement.
4.4 Completion Deadline
All sixty (60) practicum hours must be submitted by November 13, 2026.
4.5 Late Submission
If practicum hours are not completed by November 13, 2026, Participants may submit them by December 11, 2026 with a $500 administrative fee. Practicum hours submitted after December 11, 2026 will not be accepted, and the Participant will not be eligible for graduation.
5. MENTORING RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Mentee Assignment
Participants will be assigned a small group of mentees from the Adult Chair® Coaching Certification Program. This assignment will occur at the in-person intensive for the 2026 Adult Chair® Coaching Certification Program (April 30–May 3, 2026 in Nyack, NY). While attendance at this event is highly recommended, it is not required for mentee assignment. Participants who do not attend will receive mentee assignments virtually following the event.
5.2 Meeting Requirements
Participants must conduct a minimum of two (2) sixty (60) minute meetings per month with their assigned mentees.
5.3 Non-Fulfillment of Duties
If a Participant fails to fulfill mentoring responsibilities, their mentees will be reassigned to another mentor and the Participant will not be eligible for graduation. Mentoring is a core component of the Program designed to enhance leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
5.4 Mentoring Training
Participants will receive monthly hands-on mentor training from TAC Master Coach Rakes Khullar to support their development as mentors.
6. ATTENDANCE POLICY & MAKEUP REQUIREMENTS
6.1 March In-Person Experience
Attendance at the March 26–29, 2026 in-person experience in Charlotte, North Carolina is mandatory for graduation.
6.2 Absence from March Experience
If a Participant is unable to attend the mandatory March in-person experience, they must complete the following requirements to remain eligible for graduation:
Prepare and submit a comprehensive case study demonstrating their coaching journey with two (2) to three (3) clients, showcasing mastery-level understanding and application of The Adult Chair® model
Lead a live coaching demonstration in front of Michelle Chalfant and the cohort demonstrating mastery-level coaching skills
These makeup requirements must be completed by the end of the Program in November 2026.
Failure to complete either the mandatory March experience or the approved makeup requirements will result in ineligibility for graduation.
6.3 November In-Person Experience
Attendance at the November 2026 in-person experience in Florida is recommended but not required for graduation.
7. CERTIFICATION & GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
To graduate and receive the Adult Chair® Certified Master Coach designation, Participants must:
Complete all sixty (60) practicum hours by the required deadline
Fulfill all mentoring responsibilities
Attend the March 26–29, 2026 in-person experience or complete all approved makeup requirements
Participate in required virtual program components
Submit monthly coaching videos for review
Maintain all payments in good standing
7.1 Certification Title
Upon successful graduation, Participants will be designated as an Adult Chair® Certified Master Coach.
7.2 Use of Certification
Graduates may teach The Adult Chair® model in their own coaching practice, workshops, and programs
Graduates may not use proprietary event titles created by Michelle Chalfant or any titles that could cause confusion with official Company offerings
Graduates must provide proper attribution to Michelle Chalfant as the creator of The Adult Chair® model
Graduates may not claim to have created or developed The Adult Chair® model
8. REFUND POLICY
8.1 No Refunds After Program Start
Once the Program begins in March 2026, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
8.2 Exceptional Circumstances Before Program Start
Exceptional circumstances arising before the Program begins may be reviewed at the Company’s discretion and may result in a refund minus a $500 administrative fee.
8.3 Discretionary Review
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of The Michelle Chalfant Company, Inc.
9. CODE OF CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Participants must maintain strict client confidentiality, professional communication, and respect for intellectual property. This policy is not intended to restrict honest private feedback shared directly with the Company, but to protect the integrity and reputation of the Program and its participants.
10. GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL & LEGAL ACTION
Participants may be removed without refund for violations including confidentiality breaches, defamation, intellectual property violations, unprofessional conduct, fraud, or violations of applicable law. Removal does not relieve financial obligations.
11. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Program provides coaching education and business training and is not therapy or mental health treatment. No guarantees of outcomes are made. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Program.
12. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE
The Company reserves the right to modify Program content, instructors, schedules, or delivery methods as needed.
13. PRIVACY, DATA USAGE & CONTENT AUTHORIZATION
Participants consent to the internal educational recording and use of Program-related content as outlined in the Program Terms. Public marketing use requires separate written consent.
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Governing Law: State of North Carolina
Dispute Resolution: Binding arbitration conducted in North Carolina
Entire Agreement, Severability, Waiver, Assignment apply
15. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By enrolling, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
