Hello! It’s so wonderful that you are here! I work with women who feel lost but can sense somewhere inside they’re meant for more in their life. Maybe it’s been blocked by people pleasing, perfectionism, doing what was expected, and not feeling able to speak what is honest and true for them. Or maybe it’s something else entirely.

For most of us, the identity we carry is shaped by family relationships, culture, and experience; by how others see us, which becomes how we learn to see ourselves. Over time, this can distance us from our true essence, but it can be reclaimed!

This is an opportunity to come home to yourself. You won’t do it alone. Having walked this journey myself, I truly understand. Our path will weave grounded coaching with intuitive and energetic modalities in a compassionate, caring, practical way. As this process unfolds, you begin feeling empowered with purpose!
