As a mom who felt disconnected from my true self, I’ve been there, and I’ve seen how we can change and learn to truly enjoy this time in our lives. I’m here to help you make the changes you need to love yourself so you can care for those you love. This is powerful work! As my client, you will be held in a safe, nurturing environment where I, as your coach, am completely focused on you and your needs.
