I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
I survived a childhood of trauma, addiction, and chaos. I know what it feels like to stay in a relationship long past when you should have left — giving everything you have while slowly disappearing. Through all of it, I kept showing up for everyone else while that little girl inside me was still waiting to be seen.
The Adult Chair model changed everything. It gave me the tools to trust my inner knowing, align with my true self, and finally feel worthy of the life I deserve. I’ve been following this work for 13 years, and I believe deeply in how quickly it creates real transformation.
