I have been trained in masterful listening, skills for intuition and maintaining presence. I help in gaining a greater sense of self-awareness, discovering unconscious blocks and shifting and changing old patterns to more healthy and productive ways to respond. The tips and tools from The Adult Chair® model will serve us to manage emotions, understand triggers and stay spiritually grounded in the entire process.
