Cindi DuMond RN, is the founder of Don’t Despair Coaching and Consulting. As a retired nurse, former funeral director, and Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach, Cindi helps high-performing professionals, healthcare leaders, and caring professionals release the emotional weight of high-pressure work so they can care deeply without carrying others’ pain.
