Certified Adult Chair® | Forest Hill, MD
I’m Amy, a Certified Adult Chair® Coach.
For years, I believed everyone else knew me better than I knew myself.
I looked outside myself for answers, approval, and direction. I became who everyone else needed me to be until I wasn't sure who I was anymore.
Learning to trust myself changed everything.
Today, I help women create that same relationship with themselves.
