April 8 - 11, 2027 | Location TBD: In our final in-person gathering, we move from activation to embodiment of your new identity. Experience the luxury of a personalized styling session with Jessica Papineau, specifically designed to elevate your self-worth and professional presence, followed by a brand photoshoot. The experience rounds out with a day of well-appointed rest, celebration and integration, providing the space to solidify your transformation before you step out as the master coach, entrepreneur and leader you have become.

As part of your Master Coach journey, you’ll attend a required monthly 60-minute group coaching call with Michelle and your fellow Master Coaching Certification participants.

This isn’t just a Q&A, it’s a high-level training session where Michelle will personally work with each coach to help you refine and elevate your skills. Whether it’s navigating a client challenge, deepening your use of The Adult Chair® tools, or fine-tuning your presence as a coach, you’ll receive direct support, insight, and mentorship.

In the world of high-level coaching, you can only take your clients as far as you have gone yourself. As your coaching skills elevate, your personal edges and old wounds will naturally surface to be healed. To ensure you are leading from a place of total clarity, you will join Michelle in an intimate small-group setting for deep personal coaching. Through a private 1:1 session with our in-house expert, Monica Lorraine, you will dive deep into your Human Design chart to uncover your unique energetic blueprint. You’ll be guided through expert-level business and marketing education designed exclusively for transformational coaches, rooted in alignment, authenticity, and purpose.

Each session is 60 minutes and intentionally crafted to walk you through the essential components of creating and growing a soul-aligned coaching business.

Month 1: Offer Creation

Package, price, and position your services into a transformational Signature Offer Suite that solves a high-value problem. You’ll learn how to align your offer with your soul client’s desires and readiness to invest.

Month 2: Astro Copywriting with AI

Leverage your personal charts and AI to brainstorm, refine, and draft emotionally resonant copy for your sales pages, emails, and content, written in the language of your soul-aligned client, not just your own.

Month 3: Content Creation Strategy

Simplify your content workflow and learn how to create consistent, valuable content that educates, nurtures, and naturally leads into your offers. This can be a signature talk, program, podcast, youtube channel, etc.

Month 4: Social Media Strategy by Design

Discover how to show up online in a way that’s authentic to your human design and sustainable for your energy. Ditch the ‘shoulds’ and create your own path to visibility.

Month 5: Lead Generation with Soul

Design a lead magnet or resource that attracts your most aligned clients. You’ll explore simple ways to grow your list and community without relying on ads or aggressive marketing.

Month 6: Soul Aligned Sales Process

Design a clear client journey that guides your audience from follower to paying client. Learn how to deliver 15-20 minute aligned conversations that take someone from interested to invested using a repeatable and intuitive framework.

Each month, you’ll attend a 60-minute group call with Sonia Flores, Business Strategy Expert. This where everything comes together and you'll build your signature offer suite of services including marketing, systems, content, social media, and business strategy.

By the end of the program, you won't just know what to do, you'll have built a purpose-driven business, dialed in your message, and be confidently attracting your dream clients with clarity and conviction. This is your launchpad to becoming the entrepreneur you were born to be.

As part of the Master Coaching Program, you’ll work closely with a TAC Master Coach each month. You’ll submit a 30-minute coaching video showcasing your best work, and in return, you’ll receive expert live feedback and personalized guidance to refine your skills. These monthly reviews are designed to support your ongoing growth and help you step fully into your mastery as an extraordinary coach.

You can't teach what you have not mastered. Becoming a mentor is an incredible way to master your skills.

Each month you'll receive hands-on mentor training from TAC Master Coach Rakes Khullar where you'll be guided through how to review a Certified Coaching Program (CCP) client session video. These sessions are designed to strengthen your ability to spot core patterns, deepen your understanding of The Adult Chair ® model in action, and sharpen your skills as both a mentor and a coach.

Grow your confidence as a coach as you move from coach to mentor, transforming you into an expert and leader in your field! As a master coach-in-training, you will mentor a small group of new coaches throughout their journey in the coaching certification program. This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity for growth as your mentees mirror back who you are as a coach, uncover new places of learning for you and challenge you to take your knowledge to the next level. This will transform how you see yourself and show up as a coach and help you realize your true potential!

You will be assigned a small group of mentees at the four-day in-person intensive training for the 2026 Adult Chair® Coaching Certification Program where your attendance is highly recommended, but not required.

Master coaches have the chance to claim that they have completed 60 practicum hours — a HUGE accomplishment that establishes your expertise.

Join us each Monday during the program for our live Mentoring Calls. This is an open invitation to receive ongoing support, expert guidance from Michelle Chalfant and Rakes Khullar. These calls are a powerful opportunity to deepen your skills, gain additional training, and grow your confidence as a coach, while learning alongside a supportive community of like-minded coaches who are on this journey with you.

As part of the Master Coaching Program, you'll have the opportunity to attend the updated, in-person Adult Chair® Coaching Certification training again, this time with new eyes, deeper insight, and more experience. It’s included in your program tuition and offers a powerful way to refresh your knowledge, absorb the most current teachings, and enhance your skills.

You’ll also meet the newest class of coaches-in-training, connect with your mentees, and begin building relationships with fellow Master Coaches-in-training as you step into your role as a mentor and leader.
